How We Work
From initial site surveys and detailed space planning to creative concept design and the meticulous sourcing of furniture, and equipment, we ensure every step is executed with precision and passion—right up until your shop opens its doors.
Design is a fundamental element of the building process. It is important to decide in advance what to do in the future: this is the process of thinking before doing.
We supervise all the stages in close contact with our clients, and nothing is left to chance. In this way, clients can reduce costs and time, without compromising on the quality of the final work.
Space Planning
- Meeting with clients:
Identification of the client’s objectives and requirements for the project is the first step. We gather all the information for an in-depth understanding of what the customer desire to achieve and confirm the scope of work. - Site Survey *:
We will use this part of the process to check and take measurements and photos of the existing shop. - Schematic Layout:
We will develop a floor plan that illustrates general space concepts and enables us to meet our goal of finding the perfect layout for the different areas. - Meeting with client**:
We will review the layout and discuss the possibilities to understand the client’s priorities before deciding on and proceeding with a final layout. - Schematic layout**:
With feedback from the client, we generate a new layout, from which we can move on to design development.

Concept Design
- Meeting with client:
We identify the client’s aesthetic and vision, including preferences for materials, colour and style and what the client loves or dislikes. - Schematic layout and design:
Now we dive a little deeper into your design by presenting our interpretation of your wishes to ensure we are on the right path to success for your project. We refine the schematic drawings, adding details and more precise measurements. We create a Mood Board with colours, furniture, flooring, wall decoration, lights etc. and use 3D design to understand the space and relations from all different areas and incorporating all the objects. - Meeting with client**:
We review and discuss the aesthetic choices. - Schematic layout**:
With the new feedback from the client we generate new drawings, Mood Boards and 3D render.
Production and Installation
If requested, we can guide you during the building process, with the contractor answering questions and providing clarification so that all parties have a clear understanding of the project.
We will arrange site visits to ensure the design intent is fulfilled as you have approved and give recommendations from trades, suppliers and manufacturers.
We can make inspections to check the progress of the works until the completion of the shop, when we celebrate the realisation of your dream together.
